As a FACTS-trained Corporate Flight Attendant, certified in Initial Safety, Hospitality, AED, and CPR, I bring over 30 years of customer service expertise and 24 years in the utility industry, where I managed large national accounts with complex and evolving needs. Anticipating every detail, adapting to change, and exceeding expectations have been the foundation of my career.
